ANNEX 3. SERVICES |

Cargo Terminal works 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The terminal provides handling of air cargo (including goods that require special handling conditions). It has specialized storage facilities for conventional and special cargo, provides booking and sale of air transportation on the scheduled flights from the Object’s airport, executes customs clearance of import and export cargo.
Cargo Terminal of the Object operates according to ICAO regulations (International Civil Aviation Organization). Contracts with the airlines are concluded under IATA documents (International Air Transport Organization), first of all, on the basis of SGHA (Standard Ground Handling Agreement) and on the other regulatory documents.

2. Restaurants and Bars.

Asian and European cuisine for lunch and dinner. Buffet breakfast. Continental cuisine, fine wines, cigars. European and Ukrainian dishes, elite alcohol. Italian cuisine, light meals and exquisite wines. |
3. Conferences and banquets.

The multifunctional conference center for meetings and other events, including Ballroom, meeting rooms. All rooms for meetings and events equipped with multimedia facilities, including access to high-speed wireless Internet. Business center provides full-range services including secretarial services and working places. |
4. Services and facilities:
Airport Terminal is focused on air passengers traveling within Ukraine, as well as those going in the far and near abroad.
The terminal has a convenient waiting room, toilet, currency exchange, information service, airlines offices, which carry domestic and international flights. Cozy cafes, guarded parking area are located near the terminal. Additional terminal services include Internet access, business center, storage room, Duty-free shops, and restaurant.
The terminal provides special services to VIP-passengers, including personal guarded parking. The waiting room has separate rest rooms, communication services, rooms for the press conferences, meetings and banquets. The high level service, maximum attention to the customer’s wishers, amicable staff is guaranteed.

1. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Few cafes, bars, restaurants, Duty-free shops, news stands and souvenir shops, clothes, perfumes, souvenirs and fancy goods shops are located in the Terminal. 2. Storage room. Airport storage rooms work 24-hour, without breaks and weekends. 3. Luggage packing. Luggage and baggage packing service is located in the immigration control area. Different packaging may be used for different types of luggage (baggage, suitcase, etc). 4. Banks, ATMs. Network of currency exchange offices and banks providing currency exchange, cash withdrawal from credit cards and traveler's checks, purchase and sale of traveler's checks. 5. VIP-services. Meeting the passengers near aircraft boarding bridge or boarding on the aircraft by highly qualified specialists; quick passport and customs control via special equipped places on the terminal; passengers transportation by individual comfortable transport, etc. 6. Taxi. Order desk of various taxi companies 24-hours per day. 7. Tickets. Offices of the largest airlines where you can get expert advice, buy a ticket for any flight. 8. Travel agencies. The largest tourist companies of Ukraine and representatives of foreign travel agencies will offer you an unforgettable trip around Ukraine, and, if necessary, go to any corner of the world. 9. Flowers. The guests will appreciate the beauty of Ukrainian florists bouquets. 10. Baggage trolleys. Convenient baggage trolleys help the passengers to cope with heavy luggage free of charge. 11. Guarded parking. Any passenger can leave the car in the parking area guarded 24-hours per day and located near the airport (paid services). 12. Conference room. For business class passengers there is a business center consisting of main hall and press conferences room. In the business hall, except for the bar, you can also use a computer, fax, telephone, video equipment. 13. Special service. Mother-and-child room, baby-changing tables. Single-type aircrafts, reduced distance for legs, food on board for a fee, flights "point-to-point", rapid aircrafts turnover at the airport (no more than 30 min), high flight load and ticket sale online only. The airline receives much of the profit from additional sources, namely, payments for over baggage, charges for the tickets exchange and faster boarding procedure, fees for selling hotel rooms, car rental, bank and phone cards. |
